1. ABOUT QUICBID

QuicBid is a communication, information, requirement-matching and business connection platform connecting buyers, suppliers, hire agencies, service providers, contractors and other users.

QuicBid facilitates discovery, RFQs, quotations, supplier matching, contact connections, information and related platform services.

QuicBid is NOT a buyer, seller, contractor, employer, tendering authority, payment guarantor or party to transactions concluded between users.

2. USER REGISTRATION & ACCOUNT

• Users may register as Buyer, Supplier/Service Provider or Both.
• Users must provide accurate and current information.
• Mobile verification/OTP may be used when enabled.
• Users are responsible for activities performed through their account.
• QuicBid may suspend/block accounts for misuse, fraud, spam, false information or violation of platform rules.

3. RFQs / BUYER REQUIREMENTS

• Buyers may post requirements for materials, machinery/equipment hire and services.
• RFQs may be circulated/matched with relevant registered suppliers/service providers.
• Posting an RFQ does not guarantee quotations, availability, price, delivery or successful procurement.
• Buyers must independently verify suppliers, quotations, specifications, GST, quality, capacity and credentials before proceeding.

4. SUPPLIER / SERVICE PROVIDER QUOTATIONS

• Suppliers may submit quotations against relevant RFQs.
• Quotation submission may initially be free unless QuicBid specifies otherwise.
• Suppliers are responsible for correctness of rates, taxes, transport, delivery, validity, specifications and commercial conditions.
• QuicBid does not guarantee that a quotation will result in an order.

5. QUOTATION COMPARISON

QuicBid may provide quotation comparison and sorting tools for convenience. Lowest quotation or ranking does not mean recommendation, certification or guarantee by QuicBid. The buyer is responsible for final selection.

6. CONTACT CONNECTION / LEAD SERVICE

• Supplier contact information may not be publicly displayed.
• Buyers may express interest in a supplier/quotation.
• Where applicable, a supplier may be asked to pay a platform/lead/connection fee before mutual contact details are shared.
• Fees may vary by product, service, location or other business rules and may be controlled by QuicBid/Super Admin.
• Payment is for QuicBid platform/connection service only.
• Payment does NOT guarantee an order, sale, contract, payment or business.

7. BULK SALES

• Registered users may be permitted to list bulk/clearance materials, machinery or other permitted items.
• Listing/contact-access fees may apply.
• Users must provide genuine and lawful listing information.
• QuicBid does not own, inspect, certify, buy or sell listed goods unless explicitly stated.
• Buyers and sellers must independently verify product condition, ownership, quantity, quality, price, GST, transport and payment terms.
• QuicBid does not guarantee a buyer or sale.

8. TENDERS & SUBCONTRACT OPPORTUNITIES

• QuicBid may publish information relating to Government, PSU, private and other tender opportunities.
• Registered users/contractors may also be permitted to post subcontract/work opportunities such as earthwork, civil works, brickwork, shuttering, reinforcement, fabrication, erection, electrical works, labour contracts, machinery requirements and similar works.
• User-posted opportunities may be identified as “User Posted”.
• Initially such user posting may be FREE and may remain visible for a limited period such as 3 days, subject to QuicBid rules.
• Users must independently verify tender/subcontract details, eligibility, employer/contractor credentials and official source documents.
• QuicBid does not guarantee award of any tender, subcontract or work.

9. JOB NEWS

• QuicBid may publish job information and may allow registered users/companies/contractors to post job requirements.
• User-posted jobs may have limited display validity.
• QuicBid is not a recruitment agency or employer unless explicitly stated.
• Applicants must independently verify employers, job terms, salary and credentials.
• Users should never make payments to unknown parties merely for obtaining employment.

10. DAILY RATES

Daily Rates are indicative market information provided for reference only. Actual prices may vary by brand, specification, quantity, location, taxes, freight, market conditions and supplier. Users must obtain actual quotations before purchasing.

11. MARKET INSIGHTS

Market Insights are informational/indicative content. They are not professional, investment, financial, contractual or procurement advice. Users must independently verify information before making business decisions.

12. PROJECT DATABASE

Project information is provided for business intelligence/reference purposes. Project status, value, authority, dates and other information may change. Users must verify important information from official/project-authority sources.

13. SUPPLIER DIRECTORY

• Supplier Directory information may be compiled from registered users and/or permitted/publicly available information.
• Directory inclusion does not constitute endorsement, certification or guarantee by QuicBid.
• Direct phone/email details should not be publicly displayed where QuicBid’s controlled connection process applies.
• Users must independently verify suppliers before business transactions.

14. INTELLIGENCE REPORTS & DOWNLOADS

• QuicBid may provide free and paid Intelligence Reports.
• Each report may have its own price, including ₹0 for free reports.
• Paid reports become available after successful payment according to the applicable access/download rules.
• Reports are compiled for informational/business intelligence purposes from available sources.
• Information may change and users must verify critical information from official sources.
• Purchasing a report does not guarantee a tender, contract, order, business opportunity or commercial result.

15. USER-POSTED CONTENT

• Users are solely responsible for information, documents, opportunities, jobs, tenders, subcontract requirements, bulk-sale listings and other content they submit.
• Users must not post fraudulent, illegal, misleading, defamatory, copyrighted-without-permission, spam or prohibited content.
• QuicBid may review, reject, remove, expire, suspend or restrict content/accounts where necessary.

16. FREE & PAID SERVICES

• Some QuicBid services may be free while others may attract fees.
• QuicBid may introduce, revise or discontinue fees, free limits, subscriptions, lead charges, listing charges, report prices and other service charges.
• Applicable charges must be shown to the user before payment.

17. PAYMENTS

• Where payments are enabled, payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment gateways.
• Users must verify the amount and service before payment.
• QuicBid does not store sensitive card/UPI credentials directly where payment processing is handled by the payment gateway.

18. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Refund/cancellation eligibility is governed by the separate QuicBid Refund/Cancellation Policy.

Platform/contact-access services already successfully provided and digital reports already successfully made available/downloaded may generally not be refundable, except where required by law or in cases such as verified duplicate payment, failed transaction with debit, or service not delivered due to a QuicBid/payment-system issue.

19. USER-TO-USER TRANSACTIONS

All quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, work orders, contracts, advances, payments, credit, quality inspection, transportation, delivery, warranty, statutory compliance and disputes between users are their independent responsibility. QuicBid is not a party to those transactions.

20. VERIFICATION & DUE DILIGENCE

Users must independently verify identity, GST, licenses, registrations, credentials, technical capability, financial terms, quality, ownership and other relevant information before entering any transaction.

21. PROHIBITED USE

Users must not:

• create false accounts;
• impersonate another person/company;
• post fraudulent requirements/listings;
• misuse supplier/buyer data;
• scrape or harvest contact information;
• send spam;
• attempt unauthorised access;
• interfere with platform operation;
• use QuicBid for illegal activities.

22. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

QuicBid branding, logo, website design, original reports, content and platform materials belong to Zenith Communications/QuicBid or applicable rights holders and may not be copied, reproduced or commercially redistributed without permission, except where legally permitted.

23. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SOURCES

QuicBid may contain links or references to government portals, companies, payment gateways and other third-party sources. QuicBid is not responsible for availability, accuracy, security or content of third-party websites.

24. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

QuicBid does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Services may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, internet/network failures or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

25. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, QuicBid/Zenith Communications shall not be responsible for losses arising from user-to-user transactions, false information supplied by users, quality/payment/delivery disputes, business decisions based on indicative information, third-party services or unauthorised user conduct.

This clause does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

26. INDEMNITY

Users agree, subject to applicable law, to be responsible for claims/losses arising from their unlawful use of QuicBid, false information, infringement of third-party rights or breach of these Terms.

27. CHANGES TO TERMS

QuicBid may update these Terms as the platform and services evolve. Material changes should be reflected in the updated Terms.

28. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Specific jurisdiction wording will be finalised by QuicBid/legal adviser.
