1. ABOUT QUICBID

QuicBid is a communication, information and requirement-matching platform connecting buyers, suppliers, hire agencies, service providers and other business users.

2. INFORMATION USERS MAY PROVIDE

Users may provide information such as:

• Name
• Company / business name
• Mobile number
• Email address
• Location / area, District, State and PIN code
• Google Location Link when voluntarily provided
• GST number when provided
• Buyer / Supplier / Service Provider role
• Products, materials, equipment or services offered
• Supply / service coverage
• RFQ information and quotations
• Tender / subcontract opportunity postings
• Job postings
• Bulk Sale listings
• Documents / images voluntarily uploaded
• Communications / support requests
• Other information voluntarily submitted to QuicBid

Users should not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information.

3. REGISTRATION & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

QuicBid may use the registered mobile number / email and OTP or other authentication methods for account access, identity / account verification and platform security.

4. LOCATION INFORMATION

• Users may provide Area, City / District, State, PIN code and optionally a Google Location Link.
• Location information may be used to identify relevant nearby suppliers, buyers, hire agencies or service providers.
• Google Location Link is optional unless a particular service specifically requires precise location.
• QuicBid should not publicly display a user's precise location / contact information unless required for the relevant platform service and permitted under the applicable workflow.

5. RFQ & QUOTATION DATA

Information submitted through RFQs may be processed to:

• Identify relevant suppliers / service providers
• Circulate requirements
• Receive quotations
• Prepare quotation comparisons
• Facilitate buyer / supplier connection
• Manage RFQ status and communication

Before the applicable contact / connection stage, supplier contact information should not be publicly displayed through the quotation comparison process.

6. CONTACT SHARING / CONNECTION SERVICE

• Contact details may be shared between relevant parties only according to the applicable QuicBid connection workflow.
• Where a connection / platform fee applies, contact sharing may occur after the required conditions / payment are completed.
• Contact information must not be sold as a general public contact database.
• Users receiving contact information through QuicBid must use it only for legitimate business communication relating to the relevant requirement / opportunity.

7. SUPPLIER DIRECTORY

Supplier / business profile information may be displayed in the Supplier Directory. QuicBid does not publicly expose private mobile / email details unless permitted through the QuicBid connection / contact workflow.

Publicly visible information may include company name, business category, products / services, general location, coverage and verification / status information where applicable.

8. USER-POSTED CONTENT

User-posted content may include RFQs, Bulk Sales, Tenders / Subcontract Opportunities, Job News and other future user-posting facilities.

Certain information intentionally submitted for publication may be visible to other users / public according to that service. QuicBid should avoid publicly displaying the poster's private mobile number where the platform uses a controlled contact / request process.

9. QUICBID / ADMIN-POSTED INFORMATION

QuicBid / Admin may publish information compiled from permitted public, official or user-authorized sources, including Tenders, Job News, Daily Rates, Market Insights, Project Database and Intelligence Reports. Such information is primarily informational and may contain links / references to external sources.

10. PAYMENTS

• Where paid services are introduced, payment may be processed through authorized third-party payment gateways.
• QuicBid should not store full card details, UPI PINs, CVV or banking authentication credentials.
• Payment gateway providers process payment information according to their own privacy / security policies.
• QuicBid may retain transaction references, payment status, amount, invoice / GST information and related records as required for business / accounting / compliance purposes.

11. HOW INFORMATION MAY BE USED

Information may be used for legitimate platform purposes such as:

• Account creation and management
• Authentication
• RFQ processing and matching
• Quotation management
• Supplier / service provider matching
• Contact / connection services
• Bulk Sales
• Tenders / Subcontract Opportunities
• Job News
• Intelligence Reports / downloads
• Customer support
• Transactional notifications
• Fraud / abuse prevention
• Platform security
• Analytics and service improvement
• Accounting / compliance
• Legal obligations

12. WHATSAPP, SMS & EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

Users may receive service-related communications such as OTPs, RFQ alerts, quotation alerts, reminders, buyer interest / contact requests, payment confirmations, report / download information, account / security notices and important platform updates.

Where marketing / promotional communications are used, appropriate consent / preferences should be respected as required by applicable law.

13. COOKIES & TECHNICAL INFORMATION

The platform may use cookies or similar technologies and may process technical information such as browser / device type, IP address, login / session information, usage / activity logs and security logs for functionality, security, analytics and improvement.

14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

QuicBid may use third-party service providers for services such as hosting / database, authentication / OTP, payment gateways, WhatsApp / SMS / email communication, maps / location, analytics and cloud / file storage. These providers may process limited information necessary to provide their services and are subject to their respective terms / privacy policies.

15. EXTERNAL LINKS

QuicBid may provide links to government departments, tender portals, companies, payment gateways, maps or other third-party websites. QuicBid is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of external websites.

16. DATA SHARING

QuicBid does NOT sell users' personal information as a general commercial database.

Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary for:

• Requested QuicBid services
• Buyer / supplier / service-provider connection
• Authorized service providers
• Payment processing
• Legal / regulatory requirements
• Fraud / security investigations
• Business operations permitted by law

17. DATA SECURITY

Reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards should be used to protect information, but no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

18. DATA RETENTION

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for providing services, account history, RFQ / quotation records, transaction / accounting records, dispute handling, fraud / security prevention and legal / regulatory compliance. Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and applicable requirements.

19. USER RIGHTS & REQUESTS

Subject to applicable law, users may contact QuicBid regarding:

• Accessing their information
• Correcting inaccurate information
• Updating account / profile details
• Account closure / deletion requests
• Privacy questions
• Communication preferences

Some records may need to be retained where legally or operationally required.

20. ACCOUNT CLOSURE

Users may request account closure. Account closure does not necessarily require immediate deletion of records that QuicBid must retain for legal, financial, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legitimate record-keeping purposes.

21. CHILDREN / MINORS

QuicBid is intended primarily for business / professional use and is not designed for children to independently conduct commercial transactions. Users must have the legal capacity / authority required for their activities on the platform.

22. BUSINESS USERS & AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES

Where a person registers or acts on behalf of a company / business, they should have authority to provide the relevant business / contact information and use the platform on that organization's behalf.

23. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Personal information will be handled subject to applicable Indian laws and regulatory requirements, including applicable data-protection requirements as they come into force and apply to QuicBid.

24. CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY

QuicBid may update the Privacy Policy as the platform, services, technology or legal requirements change. Material changes should be reflected by updating the policy / effective date and, where appropriate, notifying users.
