QuicBid RFQ system rules (Super Admin configurable)

  • RFQ validity: 24 hours.
  • First circulation: up to 10 relevant suppliers.
  • If responses are inadequate, the matching radius may expand after approximately 3 hours.
  • A supplier reminder may be sent approximately 60 minutes after receiving an RFQ if no quotation is submitted.
  • Posting an RFQ is free. Buyer and supplier connection fees are configurable and may be ₹0; where a fee is ₹0 no payment step is shown.
  • Supplier and buyer contact details stay hidden until every applicable fee is cleared, then remain available for 48 hours.
